In July, Standard Steel invited Fame EMS, Burnham and Reedsville Fire Companies to participate in a training exercise in the facility's Melt Shop

Participants were able to witness the extraction of a simulated patient from the elevated crane walkway using the rescue basket. Crews were able to provide feedback to safety crews during a debriefing meeting to further improve the already excellent plan in place.
